1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
The App offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features, including unlimited AI-generated packs and ad-free experiences.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
3. User Generated Content and AI Restrictions
The App utilizes AI to generate game content based on localized prompts. You agree NOT to attempt to generate or input prompts that will result in content that is:
- Hate speech, harassing, or discriminatory.
- Sexually explicit or overly graphic.
- Illegal or promoting illegal acts.
We reserve the right to restrict access to the App or its AI generation features for users who repeatedly attempt to violate these safety guidelines or manipulate the AI service.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including its design, graphics, text, and AI generation configurations, are owned by us. "Imposter" and related logos are our trademarks.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We make no warranties regarding the constant availability of the App or the exact outputs of third-party AI APIs. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
